Payment

The Mærkbare website receives payment with VISA, Mastercard, and Mobilepay.

All amounts are in DKK and incl. VAT.

 

Delivery

We send packages as often as possible, usually at the date of purchase, but never later than 5 days after purchasing.

 

We currently ship via GLS to your nearest pick up point. 

An additional possibility is to ship with GLS to your home.

 

Shipping outside of Denmark or to non-EU countries is more expensive, please be aware of this.

 

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is given according to the Buying Act. Our warranty applies to errors in material and / or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect use of the product/service.

Products from "Brugt & Billigt" are ones with small production-issues, and upon purchasing a product from the "Brugt & Billigt" collection, the customer agrees  and accepts that said product can not, under any circumstances be returned.

Reimbursement / compensation 

The money is returned on the same card that you paid with.

 

Cancellation

There are 14 days full return policy on most goods purchased in our webshop.


The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must pay the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, after which you have maximum 3 days to return the goods to the above address.

The cancellation must be notified by mail at support@maerkbare.dk 

In the announcement, you must make clear to us that you wish to fulfil your right of withdrawal.

The goods stand upon return

You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to use, beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.

In order to get the entire purchase amount returned, you must return it in its original packaging. The product should only have been used in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is used in addition to what is described above, we regard it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount returned - depending on the merchandise's commercial value. If you have used the product and return a used product, we will assess the impairment and pay the price of the goods less the impairment. You must expect the depreciation to be at least 50% on used goods.

It is your responsibility that the package reaches the Mærkbare store. Be sure to get a receipt with a tracking number when you hand over the package to GLS.  Save your receipt - this is your proof that the package has been returned.

We reserve the right to sell out items, misprints, spelling mistakes, delivery changes from our suppliers, and delays and conditions that we unfortunately can not control.

 

Reclamation Process

If you experience a fault in your product, please contact us at support@maerkbare.dk with your name, a description of the failure, and if possible, pictures of the damage. 

Our first step of action is always to see if the product can be fixed. This fix will be paid by Barefoot APS. If the product can not be fixed, we offer either a new model in exchange, or a full refund.

Information on remedies available

If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at support@maerkbare.dk, include order numbers, description of issue, photos etc.

 

An alternative:

A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaint Solution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can appeal to the Center for Complaints Solution via www.forbrug.dk.

The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country. Complaint submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint you must state our e-mail address support@maerkbare.dk
