Shipping and Returns
We try our best to send every day, but with the heavy increase in online-orders due to COVID-19, there might be slight delays
Currently we ship with DAO
Barefoot APS. does not take responsibility for packages that get lost in transport after being delivered at a drop-off point
If a package is delayed or gets lost during transport, send us an email on "firstname.lastname@example.org" and we will do what we can to assist.
When returning please notify us via mail, and send the product to:

The customer chooses the courier.
In our experience, GLS works best but is the most expensive
DAO takes longer but costs less
Postnord takes the longest and often gets sent back if we are not in the shop.
Please include a written note in the package you send us with:
- ORD number
- If you have been in contact with us via email, please include your email address as well.
- This way we can process the exchange/refund faster
We refund the shoes as soon as we get them in our hands.
Refunds are done via our online payment system
This has a processing time of 5-10 business days, so please show patience, and keep an eye on your bank statements.
For Shipping outside of Denmark:
- We ship to Sweden via GLS. The price for shipping is fixed on 175 kr.
- Same return policies apply
Rest of Europe
- The price of shipping varies from one country to the other. Be sure of putting in your shipping address during checkout, to see if your country is eligible for shipping from our website.
- If your country is not eligible, feel free to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
The United States/Rest of world
